① In addition to the standard mileage you earn by flying, you can also earn bonus mileage based on the class of service actually paid for. The bonus mileage will be credited to your account at the same time as the standard mileage but does not count towards your level in the program.
② When you book First Class (F), Business Class (C), full-fare Economy Class (Y) and other classes higher than full-fare Economy Class, we will do our best to keep your reservation. This service is not applicable to Tibet Airlines.
③ Award ticket and award class upgrade are not subject to blackout dates. When a flight has not been opened to allow PhoenixMiles members to use their mileage for awards, you can make request for award ticket seat/award class upgrade seat to our PhoenixMiles Members Services Center. We will give priority to you and the individuals in the list of mileage redemption nominees you have provided to us. Shenzhen Airlines only allows Platinum members themselves to make the request for award ticket seat/award class upgrade seat. This service is not applicable to Tibet Airlines and Air Macau.
④ Subject to availability, within 48 hours before flight departure, Silver members can make the request for award ticket seat/award class upgrade seat from the members services center of the operating carrier in question. This is not applicable to Air Macau.
⑤ If there are other PhoenixMiles members waitlisted for the same class when you are on the waitlist, you take priority over PhoenixMiles members of lower levels in the program. The order of priority for waitlisting is Lifetime Platinum, Platinum, Gold and Silver. If PhoenixMiles members of the same level in the program are waitlisted for the same class, the time for the request made prevails. With Air Macau, only priority airport waitlisting is relevant.
⑥ At airports where First Class counters are not available, Lifetime Platinum and Platinum members can check in at Business Class counters. At airports where Business Class counters are not available, Gold members can check in at First Class counters, and Silver members at Economy Class counters.
⑦ This extra baggage allowance arrangement takes precedence over other baggage allowance specials. You cannot benefit from this extra baggage allowance arrangement in conjunction with other baggage allowance specials. Specific baggage rules: On routes where the baggage weight concept applies: The dimensions of each piece of baggage shall not exceed 100cm*60cm*40cm. On routes where the baggage piece concept applies: The maximum weight of each piece of baggage shall not exceed 32kg for First Class/Business Class and 23kg for Economy Class, and the sum of the length, width and height of each piece of baggage shall not exceed 158 cm.
⑧ Your membership card qualifies you to access the lounge of the operating carrier. When you take an Air China-operated/Shenzhen Airlines-operated flight, you can access the Star Alliance Gold lounge.Air Macau can use the lounges at the following airports: Chengdu, Beijing, Hefei, Macau, Ningbo, Nanning, Hangzhou, Shanghai Hongqiao, Shanghai Pudong, Taiyuan, Xiamen, Chongqing, Nanjing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Taipei, Kaosiung, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul,Bangkok.
⑨ At airports where Business Class lounges are not available, Gold members can access the First Class lounge.
⑩ When you take an Air China-operated, CA-coded international flight or take a Shenzhen Airlines operated, ZH-coded international flight, you can access the Business Class lounge operated by Air China or Shenzhen Airlines without charge at Beijing Capital International Airport T3, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, Tianjin Binhai International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Shenyang Taoxian International Airport.

When you take an Air China-operated, CA-coded domestic flight or take a Shenzhen Airlines operated, ZH-coded domestic flight, you can pay 1,500 km to access the Business Class lounge operated by Air China at Beijing Capital International Airport T3, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, Tianjin Binhai International Airport, Hohhot Baita International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport T2 and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, and to access King Lounge operated by Shenzhen Airlines at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Wuxi Shuofang International Airport, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

When you take an Air China-operated, CA-coded flight, the gust you take into the lounge must take a flight operated by a Star Alliance member carrier on the same day.
When you take a Shenzhen Airlines-operated, ZH -coded flight, the guest you take into the lounge must take a flight operated by a Star Alliance member carrier on the same day.
When you take a Shandong Airlines-operated, SC-coded flight, the guest you take into the lounge must take the same flight on the same day.
When you take a Tibet Airlines-operated, TV/CA-coded flight, the guest you take into the lounge must take the same flight on the same day.
When you take an Air Macau-operated, NX-coded flight, the guest you take into the lounge must take the same flight on the same day.

① When you take an Air China-operated, CA-coded domestic flight departing from Beijing, you can request the service at our VIP check-in counter at T3 of Beijing Capital International Airport 50 minutes before flight departure. You have to produce your paid ticket on the flight day.
② You can call PhoenixMiles Members Services Center to apply for a photo card.
③ PhoenixMiles-CITIC World Credit Card is jointly launched by Air China and China CITIC Bank and bears the “Star Alliance Gold” logo (hereinafter referred to as “World Card”):
● Services: With the "World Card", you are entitled to all the services exclusive to PhoenixMiles Gold members and Star Alliance Gold members, direct real-time conversion of purchase points generated by the “World Card” to PhoenixMiles mileage, flight delay insurance against loss or damage up to RMB 5,000, and free parking at T2/T3 of Beijing Capital International Airport 36 times and 48 hours each time in a year. If you are a PhoenixMiles Platinum member and request more services, you need to produce your Platinum card
● Who qualifies for application? PhoenixMiles Platinum and Gold members can apply for World Card. In the case of Gold members, the Gold card must be valid for at least another 8 months.
● How to apply? You can call service hotline 8610-59209500 or send an email for application. China CITIC Bank has the right to decide whether or not to issue the Card to applicants.
● Validity: The “World Card” has the same validity period as that of the PhoenixMiles Platinum card or Gold card. For PhoenixMiles Lifetime Platinum members, the World Card is valid for up to 2 years.
④ It's a summer camp for PhoenixMiles Junior members. Who qualifies for participation will be specified for each case.
