1. Class upgrade within the Star Alliance is allowed only after the ticket is issued.
2. Class upgrade within the Star Alliance is applicable only to Business Class and designated Economy Class sub-categories.
3. Class upgrading for part of the passengers in the same PNR does not apply. If only some of the passengers in the same PNR need to be upgraded, please contact the operating carrier. The operating carrier will split the PNR to facilitate the request.
