关于巴西天马航空常旅客计划并入南美航空集团常旅客计划的通知

我公司常旅客计划合作伙伴巴西天马航空（两字代码“JJ”）常旅客计划将于2018年5月11日并入南美航空集团（两字代码“LA”）的常旅客计划，其航空公司两字代码JJ将从2018年5月11日起不再使用，将变更为LA。
因此从2018年5月11日起凤凰知音会员乘坐原巴西天马航空承运航班不再累积里程也不可使用里程兑换原巴西天马航空承运航班的奖励机票；凤凰知音会员在2018年5月11日前乘坐巴西天马航空承运航班的里程补录时限仍为自航班起飞之日起六个月内。
由于国航暂未与南美航空集团建立常旅客合作关系，因此会员乘坐其承运的航班时无法累积里程，也不可使用里程兑换其航班奖励机票。
The frequent flyer program for our partner, TAM Linhas Aéreas (Airline code “JJ”), will be incorporated into the frequent flyer program for the LATAM Airlines Group (Airline code “LA”) on May 11th 2018. The airline code of TAM will switch over to “LA” as of May 11th 2018.
As of May 11th 2018, PhoenixMiles members taking flights operated by TAM Linhas Aéreas will no longer accumulate miles and members cannot redeem award tickets for flights operated by TAM Linhas Aéreas. PhoenixMiles members taking flights operated by TAM Linhas Aéreas prior to May 11th 2018 can request mileage credit within six months of the flight departure date.
Air China has not yet established a frequent flyer partnership with LATAM Airlines Group, so members will not receive miles for flights operated by the Group and cannot redeem award tickets for flights operated by the Group.
