Formalities for mileage accumulation
Cardholders may go to the credit card service center of Bank of China to apply for purchase credits for Air China PhoenixMiles mileage awards.
Bank of China explains when you make a purchase with Great Wall International Card and Credit Card of Bank of China:
1. You will receive a credit card statement from the credit card company of Bank of China every month. If there are any questions about your purchase points or bonus kilometers, please directly contact the credit card service center of Bank of China by calling the telephone number on the back of the credit card.
2. Purchase points are applied to the card, rather than to the account. If there are primary and secondary cardholders, then each of these will accumulate their purchase points separately. Transactions such as with drawls, transfers, interests, overdue payments, overdraft fines, etc. are not applicable to purchase points. Purchase points are awarded to the cardholder only, and are not transferable.
3. When your purchase points qualify to be transferred to bonus kilometers, simply make an application at the credit card company of Bank of China, and the purchase credit points will be converted to mileage points and transferred directly to your Air China PhoenixMiles account.
4. Bank of China restricts this program to their Great Wall International Card and Credit Card of Bank of China.
5. Approved bonus kilometers will be added to the member's account within 2 months.
